Q. Where do you ship from?
A. Most of the products we have in stock, we ship from our office only and if stock not available We ship from our partnered warehouses & factories located in India.. So, please expect your items to be shipped separately (if you order more than one item) as different factories specialise in different areas of manufacturing.

Q. How long will it take for my items to arrive?
A. It will usually take 5-9 business days for all orders to arrive. Shipping times vary from product-to-product; based on demand and shipping location and courier availability.

Q. How long will it take to receive a tracking number?
A. It will take usually between 0-2 business days.

Q. Is shipping really FREE?
A. Yes, shipping is Free on most items. On some items, we have Free Shipping over Rs. 499/- INR. Shipping cost varies depending on your location and shipping options. Standard shipping usually ranges from Rs. 50 - Rs 100 and mostly we run FREE SHIPPING Model.

Q. In which countries is it possible to shop online?
A. You may buy from any country, however, please note we do not currently ship internationally or out of India. However, you may have your purchase delivered to an Indian address. Contact us for International Shipments.

Q. Are out-of-stock items restocked?
A. If an item is out of stock, we will try to restock it as soon as possible. If no stock is available, it will be removed from the store.

Q. Where is you company located?
A. We have an office in India.

Q. Which currency will I be charged in?
A. We processes all orders in INR. You will checkout using INR only.

Q. Will I receive a confirmation number when I place my order?
A. Yes, all customers will receive an order number after placing their orders.
Please contact us if you don't receive one within 24 hours.

Q. How do I cancel my order?
A. If unfortunately, you have to cancel an order, please do so before we ship the order. Simply email us at support@trendyneed.in with your order number mentioned in the subject line.
Once the product has been shipped, we cannot cancel it.

Please check MANAGE ORDER -> CANCEL ORDER from Menu bar.

Q. Can I track my order?
A. Yes, the tracking number will be sent to you on your registered email id and phone number if you have provided your phone number while placing the order. You can track your order by entering the tracking number in TRACK YOUR ORDER option on our store. It takes 1-2 days to initiate the tracking. Mostly in next day, you can track the product.

Q. How can I pay?
A. We offer the following payment methods through CCAvenue & RazorPay: Visa, MasterCard, Credit Cards, Debit Cards, NetBanking, Cash Cards, Mobile Payments, Wallet, UPI and Credit Voucher Card. We accept Cash On Delivery (COD) payment option also.

Q. Is Checkout on this site safe and secure?
A. You can be absolutely sure that all purchases here are safe and secure.

Q. If I enter my email address will you sell my information?
A. We do not sell our customers information. Emails are strictly for follow-up and to send newsletters of our promotions and coupons for discounts.

Q. Can I choose another carrier?
A. No, we will choose best and fastest carrier for you.

Q. What should I do if I receive a faulty item?
A. TrendyNeed.in only sells items in perfect condition so, in the rare event of receiving a faulty item, please contact our customer care executive at support@trendyneed.in (10.00am-8.00pm) 6 days a week from Monday to Saturday. Please be sure to include your order number and tracking numbers, a brief explanation of the problem, and any case or reference numbers you have started with the carrier.

Cash on Delivery Terms & Conditions:

  • The payment option of Cash on Delivery is available for all orders.
  • Cash on Delivery can be used as payment method only for an order not exceeding Rs. 2,000. The order value limit could be lower depending on the pin code of your address.
  • Convenience fees of Rs. 50 will be charged on orders placed using Cash on Delivery. However, for a limited period, no convenience fees will be charged on any orders placed using Cash on Delivery.
  • The order amount has to be paid in full before receiving the package and signing the delivery sheet. The package can be opened only after the payment is made.
